•    The Great lakes 118 is a lettuce variety with crunchy green leaves and excellent flavor. It is resistant to heat and to bolting and is very easy to grow.  It usually grows as an annual in a sunny exposure with a relative maturity of 70 to 90 days. Sow seeds from May to July in spaced rows of 30 cm. Water your lettuce regularly to prevent bolting and to extend the harvest period.
